Service Description

We use group exercises to start the laughter, and as your brain cannot tell the difference between real and fake laughing, you will soon start to see benefits. Then we use deep breathing to oxygenate your system, making you feel calm and relaxed. The class ends with a meditation to ground you. No need for special clothes just make sure you have some water to hand.
